TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Palm Grace website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Palm Grace offers ready-made packaging, packaging accessories, customised products and custom-production services.

Product colours, textures and finishes may appear slightly different in person because of lighting, screen settings, printing processes and material variations.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Ghana cedis unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before an order is processed or production begins.

Delivery costs are not included in the product price unless expressly stated. Palm Grace will contact the customer to confirm delivery details and the applicable delivery charge.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS

Customers must provide accurate artwork, logos, wording, colours, dimensions, quantities and other instructions required to complete their order.

Production begins only after payment and approval of the final artwork or order details. Once artwork has been approved or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed.

Customers are responsible for checking all names, spelling, telephone numbers, dates, colours, dimensions and other details before approving an order.

ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Customers confirm that they have permission to use any logo, image, artwork, trademark or other material submitted to Palm Grace.

Palm Grace is not responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by a customer without the necessary permission.

Customer artwork will only be used as reasonably necessary to process and produce the customer’s order, unless separate permission is given for another use.

ORDER INFORMATION

Customers must provide complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Palm Grace is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, artwork approval, order quantity, courier availability, traffic, weather or other circumstances outside Palm Grace’s reasonable control.

Delivery is arranged separately after the customer’s location and delivery cost have been confirmed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. Returns, refunds and exchanges are not offered except where required by applicable law. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for further information.

WEBSITE USE

Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palm Grace will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website, products or services.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Palm Grace may update these terms when necessary. The version displayed on the website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
