RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All Palm Grace sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges after an order has been confirmed and payment has been made.CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Customised, branded and custom-production items are created specifically for each customer and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, wording, spelling, colours, sizes, quantities and other order details before production begins. Palm Grace is not responsible for errors that were present in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork.

Once artwork has been approved or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

READY-MADE PRODUCTS

Ready-made products are also non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase. Customers should carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, colours and quantities before completing their order.

COLOUR AND FINISH

Colours displayed on screens may differ slightly from the finished product because of screen settings, printing methods, materials and lighting. Minor colour or finish variations do not qualify for a refund.

ORDER FULFILMENT

If Palm Grace is unable to fulfil an order, we will contact the customer to discuss the appropriate resolution.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted this policy.
